The 6‑month program can align with your Master’s thesis, with collaboration across Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Service teams and exposure to senior leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled in a Master’s program in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data‑driven decision making.
• Exposure to strategy/marketing analytics through coursework or projects.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Design, launch and execute global service campaigns.
• Develop sales enablement material, campaign playbooks and customer communication packages.
• Analyze installed base, customer, and campaign data to support prioritization and decision‑making.
• Track campaign performance and maintain KPI dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Contribute to the standardization of campaign processes, tools, and best practices.
• Work closely with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Service teams.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, gaining exposure to senior leadership.
