Qualifikationen

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Engineering Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in B2B marketing, oil and gas, energy, or industrial services sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German or French.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other graphic design tools is advantageous.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, and digital platforms is desirable.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and eager to learn in a fast‑paced technical environment.

Aufgaben

• Assist in planning and executing B2B marketing campaigns targeting oil and gas and energy sectors.
• Support preparation of marketing collateral, technical brochures, capability statements, presentations, case studies, and customer success stories.
• Create and schedule content for LinkedIn and other digital marketing platforms to boost brand visibility.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Plan and coordinate international exhibitions, conferences, events, and webinars.
• Maintain marketing databases, CRM records, and mailing lists.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on KPIs.
• Translate engineering concepts into customer‑focused marketing content with technical experts.
• Support website content updates and SEO initiatives.
• Assist Sales with proposal templates and promotional materials.
• Perform other marketing and administrative duties.
