Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in engineering within STEM fields.
• No more than 2 years of professional experience after graduation.
• Excellent knowledge of English; German and other languages are advantageous.
• Valid work permit to work in Switzerland.
• Strong collaboration and intercultural skills.
• High drive and ownership to contribute to sustainable energy future.

Aufgaben

• Engage in rotations across quality engineering, software engineering, consulting, sales, manufacturing operations, and more.
• Explore interests through challenging projects and full integration into the team.
• Participate in the graduate community across program locations.
• Receive regular feedback with clear performance objectives.
• Interact with middle and upper management through networking sessions.
