• Develop piping and plant layouts for local and regional execution.
• Review contractor submissions and ensure adherence to schedule, quality, safety and operability.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
• Coordinate cross-discipline interfaces for optimized designs.
• Support permitting and stakeholder needs for energy/industrial facilities.
• Document technical decisions and lessons learned for future use.
