Techfirm Engineering in Switzerland is seeking a Plant Engineer for Black Utilities & Infrastructure to support manufacturing operations in a GMP-regulated environment.

You will ensure reliability of utility networks, lead improvement projects, and collaborate with production, maintenance and engineering teams from our Zürich site. German language proficiency is mandatory; immediate start and 100% workload.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years in Utilities/Plant engineering or infrastructure engineering.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/chemical or other regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of Black Utilities and site utility systems.
• Experience supporting operating manufacturing sites.
• German language proficiency is mandatory.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical support to production, maintenance, and facility teams on utilities topics.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and utility system issues to ensure business continuity.
• Ensure reliable operation of site utility networks.
• Act as SME for assigned utility systems.
• Collaborate with System Owners, Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations.
• Lead or support utility improvement initiatives and CAPEX projects.
• Contribute to lifecycle management and asset reliability programs.
• Support root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Develop and optimize maintenance and operating strategies.
• Ensure infrastructure compliance with site standards and regulatory requirements.
