Zusammenfassung

Adecco Switzerland is seeking Delivery/Sourcing Manager to lead procurement across a designated manufacturing network for a global pharma client. • University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Economics, or related field.
• Several years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Category Management, or Supply Chain Procurement.
• Experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is an advantage.

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and governance standards and support Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives related to suppliers
• Collaborte with Category Managers to implement strategic sourcing initiatives
• Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives

Profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Economics, or a related field
• several years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Catagory Management, or Supply Chain Procurement
• Strong negotition and contract management skills
• Experience working in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or similar is highly desirable
• Experience with ERP systms (ideally SAP)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communications skills, fluent in English, German is an advantage
