Bulgari in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, seeks a Global Perfume Training Specialist for maternity cover from December 2026 to September 2027. You will design, develop, and deploy training tools worldwide, ensuring brand-consistent messaging and fragrance expertise across markets.

You’ll run train-the-trainer sessions, provide daily trainer support, and coordinate with partners to deliver up-to-date learning content aligned with launches and brand storytelling.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years in training tools development or educational design in beauty/luxury.
• Experience creating trainer-led or e-learning content for global teams.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and deploy perfume training tools globally to align with brand strategy.
• Organize train-the-trainer sessions for local trainers across regions.
• Provide daily support to trainers and manage training assets (digital and physical).
• Collaborate with Fragrance & Formulas, Strategic Marketing and Operations on messaging and materials.
• Translate key messages into tools for sales forces and coordinate external agency work.
