• Significant experience in senior operations management within fragrance/cosmetics/FMCG industries.
• Proven track record leading international operations and transforming processes.
• Fluent in French and English; Italian language skills are a plus.

• Drive supply chain, production, packaging and inventory optimization across the value chain.
