Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in procurement.
• Strong experience in packaging procurement preferred.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

• Develop and execute E2E Packaging Procurement strategies aligned with business needs.
• Manage supplier relationships and communicate category strategy changes.
• Lead internal stakeholders across Supply Chain and Technical Community.
• Influence internal stakeholders on supplier selection for NPDs and NPIs.
• Prioritize portfolio initiatives and report updates to Global Procurement Leadership.
