Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Temporary Category Buyer to join the Global Packaging Procurement team in Wollerau, Switzerland, for a 9-month contract. You will support pricing reviews, supplier negotiations, and category reporting while working across global teams to optimize packaging sourcing.

You will contribute to sourcing projects, digital procurement initiatives, and pricing analyses, leveraging SAP and Power BI skills in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, Packaging, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, Finance, or Data Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with SAP; Power BI and sourcing tools are a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support supplier pricing reviews and maintain procurement data in SAP and sourcing systems.
• Analyze cost drivers, pricing trends, surcharges, and savings opportunities.
• Support supplier negotiations and track term implementation.
• Manage category reporting, dashboards, and budget analyses.
• Coordinate sourcing projects, RFQs, onboarding, and regionalization.
• Contribute to digital procurement initiatives and supplier databases.
• Prepare presentations and analyses for procurement decisions.
