You will support pricing reviews, supplier negotiations, and category reporting while working across global teams to optimize packaging sourcing.

You will contribute to sourcing projects, digital procurement initiatives, and pricing analyses, leveraging SAP and Power BI skills in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, Packaging, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, Finance, or Data Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with SAP; Power BI and sourcing tools are a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.

This role will provide critical support to the Dispensing Category, which manages global sourcing of pumps, droppers, airless systems, sprayers, and related packaging components across our prestige beauty brands.
