Zusammenfassung

Givaudan seeks an OT Technical Lead (m/w/d) to safeguard OT systems at the Vernier site. You will design secure OT architectures, manage cybersecurity risks, and ensure GMP compliance across industrial IT, networks, and automation.

Hybrid OT/IT responsibilities span projects, audits, and vendor management. The role requires leadership experience, strong knowledge of IEC 62443 and CIS controls, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in OT, CS, or Cybersecurity.
• 7+ years in OT environments including industrial IT, networks and cybersecurity.
• 3+ years in a leadership role such as OT Engineer or Cybersecurity Specialist.
• Experience in GMP-regulated industries (Pharma, Food & Beverage, Chemicals).
• Knowledge of Agile, ITIL, and COBIT methodologies.
• Strong OT systems knowledge: Windows/Linux, virtualization, IIoT.
• Familiar with IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, ISO 27001, and SIEM tools.
• Fluent in English and French; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners.

Aufgaben

• Design and validate OT network architectures and segmentation.
• Ensure GMP compliance including 21 CFR Part 11 and Annex 11.
• Lead OT/IT convergence projects (cloud OT, MES, data historians).
• Oversee cyber risk assessments, IQ/OQ/PQ activities, and CSV.
• Mentor OT engineers on secure coding and network design.
• Lead incident response for OT cybersecurity events.
• Collaborate with IT on hybrid OT/IT solutions and digital transformation.
