Aldo Group International AG in Geneva is seeking a Logistics and Operations Coordinator to support administrative, supply and distribution flows between the distribution center, clients, and divisions across Fashion, Fragrances & Beauty, Watches & Fine Jewelry.

You will manage orders, maintain databases, collaborate with sales and marketing, and contribute to KPI dashboards while ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective transport.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Operations, or similar).
• 3+ years of professional experience in supply chain or logistics operations.
• Proficient in English (minimum B2); Spanish/Portuguese are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate administrative processes related to sales operations.
• Oversee customer orders from receipt to delivery.
• Maintain and update customer databases and prices records.
• Collaborate with field sales teams and stakeholders across divisions, regions and markets.
• Respond to inquiries by phone and email to support customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and analyses for the department.
