• Network Strategy Development: Define and evolve Lonza's global manufacturing network strategy.
• Capacity & Footprint Planning: Lead Lonza-wide capacity and footprint planning.
• Strategic Investment Planning: Prioritize strategic capital investments and evaluate options.
• Supply Chain & Operations Integration: Ensure integrated planning and alignment with demand.
• Business Continuity & Risk Management: Develop resilience across the network.
• Mergers, Acquisitions & Strategic Partnerships: Evaluate integration opportunities post-M&A.
• Governance & Executive Engagement: Present network scenarios and recommendations to leadership.
• Leadership & Organizational Development: Build capabilities across the global network team.
