Roche seeks a Global MSAT DS Senior Process Steward within the Large Molecule DS team to connect global MSAT expertise with manufacturing sites worldwide. You will drive process industrialization, coordinate risk mitigation, and support validated state activities while collaborating across gMSAT and PT teams.

The role requires 7+ years in process development/engineering or manufacturing operations, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of DS processes (E. coli & CHO).

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant industrial experience in process development, process engineering, or manufacturing operations.
• PhD is advantageous but not required.

Aufgaben

• Support Product Technical Leads and Product Stewards to ensure process industrialization and mitigate risks.
• Drive process health improvements and change strategies across DS operations.
• Provide hands-on technical support for investigations, CAPAs, and RCAs with the manufacturing network.
