F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG is seeking a Global MSAT DS Senior Process Steward to connect MSAT expertise with manufacturing sites for industrialization and process improvement. The role emphasizes contributing to process health, risk mitigation, and scalable transfer activities across Large Molecule DS.

The candidate will support product technical leads, lead RCAs and CAPAs, and collaborate across global functions while traveling less than 10% as required.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of industrial experience in process development, process engineering, or manufacturing.
• Experience leading cross-functional, matrix teams.
• Strong knowledge of process engineering, validation, or technology transfer.
• Deep expertise in E. coli systems is strongly preferred; CHO experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical quality systems and regulatory requirements.

Aufgaben

• Support MSAT DS Senior Process Steward to industrialize processes and connect global MSAT expertise with sites.
• Coordinate process gap assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead investigations, RCAs, CAPAs, and troubleshooting in partnership with the manufacturing network.
• Drive validation studies and process transfer to manufacturing sites.
