Job summary

PricewaterhouseCoopers Schweiz is seeking a Global Mobility professional to advise on mobility and immigration matters for cross-border talent. You will facilitate compliant international moves while supporting a positive employee experience across planning, onboarding, and assignments.

The role requires 3–5 years in global mobility, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in German and English. French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in HR, Business Administration, Law, International Relations or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in global mobility, immigration or international employee mobility.
• Fluent in German and English; French is considered an asset.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise internal employees, business stakeholders and human capital teams on global mobility and immigration matters.
• Coordinate immigration and work authorization processes and liaise with authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with tax, payroll, reward and human capital teams to support mobility-related processes.
• Support continuous improvement of mobility programs, processes and technology solutions.
• Develop expertise in Swiss and international mobility topics and build trusted relationships across the business.
