Johnson & Johnson is hiring for a Manager Master Data Management within Innovative Medicine Quality Management & Digital. You will define governance, manage data domains, and drive quality across systems and geographies to enable trusted data for analytics and decision-making.

You will lead data governance forums, align with enterprise frameworks, and partner with business and technology teams to ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across IM.

Formación

• Bachelor's or higher in Information Management, Computer Science, Data Science or Engineering.
• Master's degree preferred for senior roles.
• Proven experience in data governance and master data management within global organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement MDM strategy and roadmap for IM QM&D.
• Establish and maintain data governance processes, standards, and controls.
• Lead data quality initiatives, dashboards, and metrics across domains.
• Coordinate lifecycle management of master data from creation to retirement.
• Partner with IT and business to align standards and drive adoption.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, DAMA-DMBOK, ISO 8000, and GxP where applicable.
• Mentor data stewards and drive continuous improvement.
