Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking an eLIMS CoE Master Data Analyst for QC Operations in Schaffhausen. Hybrid setup with 3 days on-site and 2 days work-from-home, on a 12‑month contract.

You will drive master data configurations for the eLIMS system, ensure data quality, and coordinate instrument integrations across a global team. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years in a regulated medical environment with LIMS and quality systems, plus strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• 4–6 years in regulated medical industry with knowledge of LIMS and quality systems.
• Experience with analytical testing, paperless lab (iLABS), quality control or IT is preferred.
• Broad knowledge of cGMPs and regulatory requirements (FDA, ICH Q8/9/10).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English at least B2) and training ability.

Responsibilities

• Work within the eLIMS CoE as an expert in data setups to support lab processes (iLABS, paperless operations, CofA generation).
• Independently maintain and review high‑quality data setups, integrate instruments and applications in the eLIMS system.
• Review and test system updates; create and manage related documentation; drive process improvements.
• Interact with IT and communicate effectively with business stakeholders and customers.
• Lead projects within QC Operations (eLIMS), harmonize processes, and mentor team members.
