Zusammenfassung

BGC invites applications for a Marketing & Business Support Intern to join our Nyon office for a 3 to 6 month period. The role blends administrative tasks with marketing and project support across Business Development and multiple teams.

You will gain exposure to different desks, markets and strategic projects, helping strengthen visibility of BGC’s businesses and initiatives in a fast-paced international setting.

Qualifikationen

• Currently studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management or related.
• Strong interest in marketing, communication, business development and financial markets.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to manage several projects.
• Creative and proactive with ability to turn ideas into practical initiatives.
• Comfortable combining administrative tasks with creative/strategic work.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day administrative and organisational support to Business Development and the wider team.
• Coordinate and follow up on ongoing projects across different businesses and desks.
• Support preparation, formatting and management of presentations and marketing materials.
• Contribute ideas to improve visibility and attractiveness of BGC's initiatives.
• Assist in developing content and communications across channels, including LinkedIn.
• Assist with branding, visuals and marketing materials for events and initiatives.
• Support organisation of client events, logistics and internal coordination.
• Conduct market research to identify communication trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with teams across the Group to ensure project delivery.
