Qualifications

• University-level degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in resource flow modeling and technical waste management at site/production level.
• Fluent in English; German proficiency and ~10% travel are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead global resource efficiency and waste management strategies across the Sites Network and Diagnostics division.
• Guide cross-functional teams in a matrix to implement circular economy principles and waste solutions.
• Oversee site opportunity assessments, environmental forecasts, and Ecobalance Action Plans.
• Conduct resource use and waste reviews for major capital investments to ensure site sustainability.
• Co-develop global climate resilience strategies with local environmental initiatives.
• Communicate site priorities and progress to senior leadership via clear data visualizations.
