On is seeking a Sr Lead Accessories Material Developer to act as the technical architect and driving force of material excellence for its growing Accessories range. You will shape product creation, pioneer a material branding strategy, and engineer sustainable solutions that meet premium performance standards.

You will lead collaboration with Design, Product Development, Quality and Sourcing, manage material data in PLM, and steer color and trims processes while staying ahead of market trends.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Textile Sciences/Engineering or commensurate industry experience.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in performance textiles with global supplier/factory exposure.
• Deep understanding of advanced manufacturing processes for materials and trims, polymer science, weaving/knitting technologies.

• Architect and drive long-term material strategy and innovation pipeline for On Accessories.
• Lead identification, engineering, and validation of next-generation fabrics and trims.
• Serve as strategic technical lead with global suppliers and manage cross-functional communication.
