• Operation and maintenance of the global network environment (Datacenter / LAN / WLAN / WAN).
• Coordination of external WAN providers.
• Cooperation in IT infrastructure projects.
• Ensuring system documentation and monitoring.
• Installation and maintenance of network components.
• Troubleshooting and network optimization.
• Processing and solving tickets (2nd level).
• Support for administrators worldwide.
