Job summary

World Intellectual Property Organization seeks a Senior Business Analyst to lead analysis and harmonization of business and regulatory requirements for the GIPAP project in Geneva. You will collaborate with IP offices, rights holders and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of global IP assignment services.

The role requires advanced IP knowledge, strong analytical abilities and experience coordinating cross-border initiatives in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in IP law or closely related field.
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP/ PMI-PBA) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business, legal, regulatory and operational requirements for IP assignment and recordation across jurisdictions.
• Lead consultations with IP offices, owners and stakeholders to identify requirements and drive adoption of GIPAP.
• Translate multi-jurisdictional requirements into business capabilities, data models and system requirements for delivery teams.
