Zusammenfassung

AB InBev seeks a Global Manager - Inventories to define and govern the company-wide inventory strategy from its Global Headquarters in Zug, Switzerland. You will lead segmentation, stocking policies, and analytics to balance service levels, working capital, and efficiency.

You will design modeling approaches for safety stock, cycle stock, and buffering, and drive global KPIs, dashboards, and continuous improvement across regions and functions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Operations, Engineering, Business, or Finance.
• 7–10+ years in inventory management or supply chain planning with global or regional scope.
• Experience defining inventory strategies in multi-site environments.
• Proficiency with planning systems (SAP, o9, Blue Yonder) and data tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python).
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication; ability to present to senior leadership.

Aufgaben

• Define and maintain the global inventory strategy aligned with business objectives and financial goals.
• Develop segmentation, target-setting methodologies, and stocking strategies for FG, WIP, and raw materials.
• Establish global inventory policies, governance, and performance standards.
• Design and deploy inventory planning models (safety stock, cycle stock, buffers).
• Optimize inventory positioning across the network considering demand, lead times, and capacity.
• Partner with demand and supply planning to improve forecast-to-inventory integration.
• Define global KPIs (inventory turns, DOI, service level) and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Finance on working capital planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Influence senior stakeholders to adopt common standards across regions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and adopt new tools/analytics.
