Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7–10+ years in inventory management or supply chain planning.
• Experience defining inventory strategies in multi-site environments.

• Define and maintain the global inventory strategy aligned with objectives.
• Lead design of inventory planning models (safety stock, cycle stock, buffers).
• Develop global KPIs and dashboards for exec-level decision making.
• Collaborate with finance, planning, operations, and procurement teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of new analytics tools.
