Jobgether, partners with a Switzerland-based entity, seeks an experienced Intercompany Accountant to support international group accounting. You will manage cost-plus calculations, intercompany reconciliations, and period-end closing, working with local teams and Group Finance stakeholders across multiple entities.

You will analyze complex data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with agreements and internal controls in a fast-paced, post‑IPO environment.

Qualifications

• At least five years of accounting experience, preferably intercompany or multi-entity.
• Experience with cost allocations, intercompany recharges, or cost-plus calculations.
• A degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline.
• Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables).
• Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system; NetSuite preferred.
• Solid understanding of journal entries, reconciliations, FX, and month-end close.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and document root-cause analyses.
• Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven work style.
• Excellent written and spoken English for international teams.
• Collaborative mindset in a fast-paced, post-IPO international environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare end-to-end cost-plus calculations per intercompany agreements.
• Extract and validate cost data; apply allocation keys and markups.
• Maintain calculation schedules linked to source records.
• Prepare intercompany charges and journal entries for review.
• Coordinate with local finance to validate cost inputs.
• Reconcile charges with invoiced/recorded amounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Document compliance with intercompany agreements and cost-plus methods.
• Support monthly intercompany P&L and quarterly reconciliations.
• Match group-entity transactions by counterparty and currency.
• Investigate timing, FX effects, and posting issues; escalate as needed.
• Prepare correcting journal entries and post approved adjustments.
• Identify recurring discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
• Complete period-end close within the Group calendar.
• Maintain reconciliation trackers and document outstanding differences.
• Provide evidence for audits and finance queries; respond to inquiries.
• Escalate material discrepancies to Intercompany Manager.
