• Oversee the day-to-day execution of cross-border logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, warehousing, and customer service, to streamline cross-border operations.
• Monitor carrier performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Track carrier costs meticulously, and assess the justification of expenses, including supplier claims.
• Continuously analyse transportation data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
• Offer valuable analysis and insights for projects like freight forwarder tenders, contributing to informed decision-making.
• Operational lead of cross-border transport specialist team.
