Lonza Group Ltd. is seeking a Head of HR M&A to lead the HR agenda across mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, restructurings, and other strategic corporate transactions.

This highly visible role owns the end-to-end people agenda from due diligence through transaction execution, integration or separation, and post-close stabilization. You will collaborate with Corporate M&A, Finance, Legal, IT, and business leadership to shape people strategy for complex deals, mitigate people

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant depth in HR M&A and global transactions.
• Experience leading HR workstreams across acquisitions, divestitures, integrations, separations, or restructurings.
• Strong ability to translate deal strategy into pragmatic HR priorities and execution plans.

Aufgaben

• Own the global HR M&A portfolio: strategy, governance, resources, and accountability across transactions.
• Lead and develop the HR M&A team for acquisitions, divestitures, JVs, and restructurings.
• Act as senior HR deal lead from due diligence through close, integration, or separation and post-close stabilization.
• Provide strategic HR input on deal strategy, people risks, workforce implications, and value creation opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional HR workstreams spanning Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, HR Services, Digital HR, HR systems, payroll, benefits, and communications.
