Job summary

Mikron Group seeks a leader to define and own the enterprise roadmap for HR, Finance and corporate capabilities across global functions. You will govern Workday evolution and align Finance with SAP S/4HANA, Concur and related data services, translating priorities into concrete plans and measurable outcomes.

You will consolidate input from business partners and manage stakeholder relationships while coordinating with technical teams, vendors and governance interfaces to ensure lifecycle ownership.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional experience in IT, business administration, finance, HR or a related field.
• Experience in HR, Finance or corporate technology capabilities.
• Knowledge of Workday, SAP FI/CO, payroll, time management, Concur, Power BI and Business Objects.
• Understanding of security, privacy, data governance and internal controls.
• Experience in an international, multi-site or matrix organisation.
• Ability to align senior business stakeholders, technical teams and external partners.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise roadmap and operating standards for HR, Finance and corporate capabilities.
• Own the IT landscape supporting Global HR, Global Finance and related corporate functions.
• Govern Workday evolution and Finance alignment with SAP S/4HANA, Concur, reporting and enterprise data services.
• Translate approved priorities into plans, decisions, dependencies and measurable outcomes.
• Consolidate business-partner input into coherent enterprise capability priorities.
• Provide relationship management, demand capture, initial shaping and adoption support.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors and governance interfaces.
• Drive cross-functional coherence, adoption and sustainable lifecycle ownership.
