Accelleron Industries seeks a strategic Finance Business Partner for the High Speed Division. The role supports the Division President and Leadership Team in profitable growth, value creation, and strategic decision-making across Europe, the US and China.

You will lead planning, forecasting, reporting and performance processes, translating complex data into actionable business insights and driving continuous improvements. Collaboration with Sales, Operations and Tech Development is essential.

Mansioni

• Support the definition and execution of the High Speed strategy and align priorities with financial targets.
• Own the five-year planning, budgeting and forecasting for the High Speed Division globally.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual closing and reporting under compliance.
• Lead monthly performance reviews with the Division President and key drivers.
• Ensure transparency on profitability by customer, product and lifecycle.
• Drive cost and working capital performance and initiate corrective actions.
• Partner with Sales on commercial and financial risk management and escalations.
• Contribute to governance, internal controls and standardization of processes.
