Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Measurement experience and electronic hardware design.
• Knowledge of wireless systems design.
• Self-motivated, proactive and reliable.
• Excellent self-leadership and teamwork in a distributed environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop product specific hearing system solutions.
• Hardware integration of all sub-systems.
• Develop software tools for measurement systems.
• Build hearing system prototypes.
• Define tests, limits and quality characteristics for hardware.
• Follow SOPs and training requirements.
• Contribute to R&D planning and agile team activities.
• Assist with hiring and onboarding of new hires.
• Share R&D knowledge in communities and IP process.
