Zusammenfassung

Amgen SA seeks a Value, Access & Policy Associate to lead case-by-case patient access and support umbrella contracts and external engagement within the VA&P team. You will report to the VA&P Director and collaborate across functions to shape access pathways and policy in Switzerland.

The role requires strong analytical and negotiation skills, fluency in German and English, and relevant Swiss healthcare experience. This is a growth-focused opportunity within Amgen's global access strategy.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in economics or in biomedical science such as pharmacology, molecular biology, medicine or in law.
• Relevant experience with topics relating to the Swiss health care system.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills.
• Fluency in German and English; French is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Managing case-by-case reimbursement processes with health insurers and physicians under guidance.
• Supporting expansion of umbrella contracts and industry standards to optimize reimbursement.
• Supporting implementation of IT solutions for efficiency gains in off-label areas.
• Engaging with industry associations to shape KVV71 access pathway regulation.
• Supporting VA&P projects with research, stakeholder mapping and distribution.
• Participating in internal and external meetings to enhance connectivity.
• Monitoring market developments and adjusting VA&P strategy as needed.
