Qualifikationen

• Fluency in English (C1) and ability to communicate on technical topics.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, information technology, health informatics, or related field.
• 8 years of relevant experience as outlined in essential duties.
• 4 years of experience in healthcare technology or health informatics.
• Working knowledge of Cerner and/or Epic EHR systems.
• Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, APPI, PIPEDA) and health data regulations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage complex customer relationships.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary contact for healthcare organizations and technology partners.
• Partner with account managers and marketing as a technical resource.
• Support connections between customer systems and Abbott platforms.
• Lead discussions on integration capabilities, workflows, and planning.
• Represent the voice of the customer to internal teams.
• Support onboarding with Epic, Cerner, Dedalus, and other platforms.
• Provide guidance on data exchange using HL7, FHIR, APIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal teams for implementations.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and connectivity.
• Assist with troubleshooting during implementation.
• Build relationships with healthcare IT leaders and stakeholders.
• Create customer-facing materials and workflow documentation.
• Stay informed on healthcare technology trends.
• Deliver updates to IT and business leadership.
• Uphold company values and comply with QMS.
• Travel <30% of time.
