Job summary

AMINA Bank is seeking a Head of Market Risk & Risk Reporting to lead the bank's market risk oversight, data-driven governance, and regulatory reporting. You will build advanced monitoring infrastructure, deliver high-quality reports, and collaborate with Trading, management, regulators, and external partners in a rapidly evolving digital assets landscape.

You will drive stress testing, risk controls, and disclosures, while guiding a small team of market risk professionals and aligning with FINMA

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Swiss regulatory framework and FINMA requirements.
• Experience in market risk measurement, monitoring, stress testing and management reporting.
• Experience in banking or financial services in risk-management or regulatory-reporting roles.
• Experience designing and overseeing market risk and regulatory reporting frameworks.
• Ability to build and maintain risk monitoring infrastructure; interest in technology and digital assets.
• Knowledge of SNB/FINMA reporting duties.
• Understanding of data flows and banking systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools; SQL is a plus.
• Programming experience in Python.
• Strong analytical and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead market risk oversight and regulatory reporting.
• Develop risk monitoring infrastructure and deliver regulatory reports.
• Coordinate with Trading, management, regulators and partners.
• Define risk limits and governance; conduct stress tests.
• Support audits and remediation of findings.
• Manage a small team of risk professionals.
• Contribute to FINMA disclosure reporting explorations.
• Drive process automation in risk reporting.
