Lonza Group Ltd. seeks a Global Head CQV/CSV GE to drive CQV/CSV strategy and governance across global project portfolios. You will lead regional COEs, establish standards, and deploy a digital CQ platform in Life Cycle activities.

You will coach and mentor CQV experts, manage a global team, oversee CAPEX-related validation activities, and collaborate with GE Engineering, QA and procurement to optimize performance. Basel location preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Technical Degree in Engineering or applied science.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Several years leading deployment of CQV/CSV activities in global organizations.

Aufgaben

• Develop global CQV standards and processes for CQV/CSV across GE projects.
• Lead rollout of Lonza CQV approach and standardized procedures.
• Provide oversight of CQV activities through regional CQV leads.
• Ensure training on CQV approach, blueprint and global standards.
• Lead and mentor CQV experts and manage a global team.
• Deploy the Digital CQ platform system globally and maintain CQV templates.
