Zusammenfassung

Lonza is seeking a Global Head of CQV / CSV GE (Global Engineering) to drive people management, project delivery and the deployment of global CQV standards across international projects. The role includes leading regional CQV COEs, coordinating with GE Engineering, Construction and QA, and advancing a digital CQ platform for lifecycle validation.

The candidate will manage a global team, hire and train staff, and ensure CQV strategies align with regulatory expectations (GxP).

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in English and German.
• Several years leading deployment of CQV activities and CAPEX projects.
• Experience in pharma manufacturing operations and CQV/CSV methodologies.

Aufgaben

• Develop global CQV standards and processes for commissioning, qualification and validation (CQV).
• Roll out Lonza CQV approach and standardized procedures globally.
• Provide oversight of CQV activities to GE projects and train regional teams.
