Nestlé Nespresso SA in Romont/Vevey, Switzerland, invites a seasoned leader to become Global Head of Coffee R&D. You will define the future of premium coffee, uniting science, consumer insight and business ambition across our B2C and B2B platforms.

You will lead a multidisciplinary Coffee and Sensory organisation, mobilise the Nestlé coffee R&D network from origin to extraction, and champion coffee excellence in boutiques and beyond.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated end-to-end expertise in coffee research and development.
• Leadership of world-class specialists through purpose, trust and clarity.
• Fluency in English and ability to influence senior stakeholders with clarity.

Responsabilités

• Set the global Coffee R&D vision and strategy to shape long-term advantage.
• Mobilise the Nestlé coffee R&D network from plant science to sensory and packaging.
• Shape the portfolio across B2C and B2B platforms with strategic investment decisions.
• Be the voice of the consumer coffee experience in end-to-end decisions, ensuring quality and distinctiveness.
• Forge strategic partnerships to accelerate breakthroughs and impact the organization.
• Build and lead a world-class multidisciplinary Coffee and Sensory organisation.
• Embed coffee excellence throughout Nespresso and externally as the highest authority.
