Nestlé's Nespresso division seeks a Global Head of Coffee R&D to define the future of premium coffee. You will lead a multidisciplinary Coffee and Sensory organisation, spanning origin to consumer experience, and champion coffee excellence across our boutiques and platforms.

This on-site role sets the global R&D vision, mobilises the network, shapes the innovation portfolio, and partners with industry and academia to deliver distinctive, scalable coffee experiences.

Responsabilités

• Set the global Coffee R&D vision and strategy with roadmaps, investment priorities and portfolio choices.
• Mobilise the Nestlé coffee R&D network behind Nespresso's coffee ambition.
• Shape the coffee innovation portfolio for Nespresso's evolving B2C and B2B platforms.
• Be the voice of the consumer coffee experience in end-to-end decisions, ensuring quality, cost, operation and sustainability.
• Forge strategic partnerships that accelerate breakthroughs and deliver measurable impact.
• Build & lead a world-class Coffee and Sensory organisation with top talent and accountability.
• Embed coffee excellence across Nespresso and externally to colleagues, boutiques, industry, academia and media.
