Responsibilities

• Set the global Coffee R&D vision and translate it into roadmaps and priorities.
• Mobilise the Nestlé coffee R&D network behind Nespresso's ambitions.
• Shape the coffee innovation portfolio for B2C and B2B platforms.
• Be the voice of the consumer coffee experience in end-to-end decisions.
• Forge strategic partnerships to deliver measurable impact across the organization.
• Build and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary Coffee and Sensory organisation.
• Embed coffee excellence externally and represent expertise to colleagues, boutiques, industry and academia.
