Pilatus Aircraft Ltd is seeking a Director of Operational Customer Support for Business Aviation to lead the Technical Support, AOG Command Center, and Spare Parts teams. You will ensure global fleet availability and top-tier customer service through strong operational execution.

Your leadership, English and German fluency at C1, and experience in international aviation organizations will drive continuous improvement and an excellent customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading international teams in aviation aftersales or related functions.
• Strong customer focus and ability to deliver operational excellence.
• Proven track record in MRO, spare parts, supply chain or aftermarket leadership.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Technical Support, AOG Command Center, Spare Parts Operations and Spare Parts Planning teams.
• Ensure global fleet availability through fast, professional customer support.
• Drive global AOG performance and rapid restoration of aircraft availability.
• Develop spare parts planning based on fleet and operational data; enhance logistics.
• Define and manage operational KPIs and continuously improve processes and service quality.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain and Service Network.
