Pilatus Flugzeugwerke AG in Stans, Switzerland, is seeking a seasoned leader to head our Technical Support, AOG Command Center, Spare Parts Operations and Spare Parts Planning teams. You will ensure global fleet availability and drive fast, professional customer support across the Pilatus network.

The role requires a technical degree and several years of international leadership in aviation aftersales or supply chain, plus fluency in English and German.

Qualifikationen

• Technical university or university of applied sciences degree
• Several years of leadership experience in Aviation Aftermarket, Customer Support, MRO, or Supply Chain Management
• Strong customer focus and excellent operational execution skills
• Experience leading international organizations
• Proficiency in English and German at the C1 level

Aufgaben

• Lead the Technical Support, AOG Command Center, Spare Parts Operations and Spare Parts Planning teams
• Ensure global availability of the Pilatus fleet through fast, professional customer support
• Be responsible for global AOG performance and rapid restoration of aircraft availability
• Ensure high spare parts availability and efficient global logistics, develop planning based on fleet data
• Define and manage operational KPIs and continuously improve processes and service quality
• Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain and the Service Network
