Pilatus Aircraft Ltd. is seeking a Team Leader Material & Repair Support to guide the M&R Support team within Customer Support. You will manage customer inquiries, quotations and spare parts orders, and ensure reliable supply of parts and repair services.

The role requires leadership experience, strong English, and a proactive approach to improve performance across departments. Swiss-based operations offer flexible hours and development opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in SCM/Business or related field.
• Several years in aviation supply chain, customer support or technical aftermarket.
• Experience leading a team or strong leadership potential.
• Good English; German is an advantage.

Team Leader Material & Repair Support

Your Tasks

• Lead and develop the Material & Repair Support team within customer support
• Manage customer enquiries, quotations and orders for spare parts and repair services
• Ensure the reliable supply of spare parts and repair services to customers
• Manage material availability and plan for future customer requirements
• Monitor stock levels, lead times, costs and delivery performance
• Work closely with customer account management, procurement, logistics and operations to resolve issues and improve performance

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field
• Several years of experience in aviation supply chain, customer support or a technical aftermarket environment
• Experience leading and developing a team, or strong leadership potential with the ability to motivate and support others
• Good understanding of spare parts, repair and material management processes
• Very good English skills and the ability to communicate clearly at all levels; German is an advantage
• Strong commercial awareness, customer focus and a proactive approach
