Ad Terra Group is seeking an outstanding geologist to join as Technical Director, Geology—a global role to provide a single, authoritative geological voice across its energy-transition assets and consulting mandates worldwide. Reporting to the COO, the role combines technical ownership of basin, structural and reservoir geology with leadership of interpretation quality and scientific output.

Responsabilidades

• Geological Evaluation & Exploration Leadership: Lead the geological evaluation of Ad Terra’s exploration and development portfolio, from regional screening through prospect definition, well proposals, and post‑drill review.
• Integrated Interpretation and Static Modelling: Act as senior integrator of geophysical, petrophysical, geological, and geochemical data into a single subsurface description and own static models and workflows.
• Technical Peer Review and Deliverable Quality: Own technical peer review within the geological discipline and set standards for outputs, reports, and templates.
• Scoping, Portfolio Development and Project Maturation: Support scoping of geological work to ensure technically sound, deliverable outcomes within budget and schedule.
• Technology and Innovation: Track new technologies and design workflows for interpretation and modelling.
• Artificial Intelligence: Coordinate AI initiatives within geology, defining value and validation requirements.
• Publications and Conferences: Build Ad Terra’s geological scientific output and represent the group externally.
• Training, Mentoring and Knowledge Sharing: Develop and deliver training and mentoring across offices.
• Growth and Commercial Contribution: Identify new clients and technical solutions and contribute to proposals and investment materials.
• Delivery, Reporting and Conduct: Ensure project delivery, manage resourcing and communicate with clients, partners, and regulators.
