Cartier is seeking an International Fragrance Commercial Intern to bridge daily commercial operations with strategic analysis. You will manage monthly sell-in/sell-out data, support trade marketing and e-commerce initiatives, and take on progressive project ownership across global markets.

You should have a degree in business/marketing/data science, be fluent in English, and enjoy a hands-on learning path with exposure to ROI analyses and brand deployment projects in luxury fragrance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science or related field; marketing/commercial analysis or beauty/fragrance preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and digital tools; data visualization tools (e.g. Looker) and strong slide-design skills (PowerPoint) are a major plus.
• Highly meticulous about data integrity, reporting, and presentation quality.
• Organized, agile, proactive, autonomous, curious mindset with tangible business impact.

Aufgaben

• Central point of contact for monthly sell-in/sell-out data and performance updates.
• Consolidate Trade Marketing plans and document actionable outcomes from monthly market reviews.
• Audit market submissions to identify data inconsistencies and drive accuracy.
• Perform ad-hoc benchmarking and market analyses to uncover growth opportunities.
• Evaluate pricing alignment across regions and identify gaps.
• Conduct post-activation reviews for major trade campaigns to quantify ROI.
• Support the global rollout and business impact analysis of Haute Parfumerie deployments.
• Partner with e-commerce teams and local markets to assess and enhance brand performance on retail partner sites.
• Help organize major commercial events, including vendor negotiations for the Fragrance Seminar.
• Lead a strategic side-project aimed at pitching innovative solutions to the team.
