Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in top-tier consulting or project management within financial services/fintech.
• Solid understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and the digital asset ecosystem.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Precise, organized, autonomous, hands-on, and results-oriented.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery projects for clients (financial institutions, issuers, LPs/market makers).
• Design operating models and workflows; set up custody and tokenization platforms; manage technical implementations with client teams and Taurus engineering/security.
• Deliver cross-functional projects sponsored by the Executive Committee acrossProduct, Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Sales.
• Contribute to sales RFPs/RFIs and support ad-hoc commercial or operational priorities across the company.
