Taurus SA, headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, seeks a highly motivated Project Manager to join the Project & Organization team. You will oversee high-impact projects from platform implementation at financial institutions to strategic cross-functional initiatives, interfacing with clients and Taurus teams to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience.

This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and digital assets, offering growth in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in top-tier consulting or project management within financial services or fintech.
• Solid understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and digital asset ecosystem.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Fluent in French and English; travel to client locations as required.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery projects for clients (financial institutions, issuers, LPs/market makers).
• Design operating models, workflows, and custody/tokenization setups with engineering/ security teams.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives across Product, Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Sales.
• Support compliance reviews, onboarding, and investigations with blockchain tools.
