Job summary

Crypto Finance Group is seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee its IT project portfolio from planning through delivery at the Zurich office (Prime Tower, 24th floor). You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, define scope and goals, manage timelines and budgets, and implement risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT project management (3+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, infrastructure, and enterprise systems.
• Development and/or IT operations background is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Project management certification is a plus.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the IT project portfolio and lead end-to-end project management for IT initiatives—from planning to execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across departments to define scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Perform IT Controls, identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status and updates to leadership and key stakeholders in regular meetings and steering committees.
