Caterpillar Geneva invites motivated graduates to join the Field Representative Development Program in Geneva. Over 1–2 years, you’ll rotate through training, dealer interactions, and roles that build technical, commercial, and leadership skills in a global industrial leader.

You’ll travel up to 70% and live abroad for training, beginning as a sales-oriented professional supporting machine and engine sales, with a clear path to field representation across Caterpillar.

Qualifications

• A degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field — or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 30–70% depending on assignments.
• Willingness to live abroad for up to 3 months for training/rotation.
• Fluent in English; Valid passport through August 2027.

Responsabilités

• Support Caterpillar dealers and customers in field-based roles.
• Participate in training, rotations, and cross-functional projects.
