Job summary

Bühler Group's Swiss Institute of Feed Technology (SFT) seeks an experienced trainer to design and deliver theoretical and practical courses in feed technology. You will develop training content, conduct trials in our application center, and support customers and internal teams on-site at facilities or at customer locations worldwide.

Qualifications

Experience designing and delivering training in feed technology or related fields.
Ability to develop materials and adapt content to different audiences.
Experience conducting trials and analyzing product quality to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

You deliver theoretical and practical training in all areas of feed technology to customers and internal staff.
You continuously develop training materials, teaching resources, and formats tailored to participants.
You independently conduct trials with raw materials and training sessions in our application center, analyze product quality, and derive process improvements.
You support international course participants throughout their training journey and ensure a professional, welcoming learning experience.
You assist customers with mill assessments and on-site training, contributing to Swiss Institute of Feed Technology's development.
